Transaction documents
Bioagricert’s www.trasparente‐check.com platform allows the online publication of all certificates issued and of all sales transactions of organic products that take place between controlled operators.
Companies certified by Bioagricert, as well as buyers from other Control Bodies, consultants and Competent Authorities, can access the platform.
The information that each individual can view is only that relating to the transactions in which they are involved.
The system uses official coding that allows the connection of company activities (ATECO economic activity coding) to the product categories (statistical classification of CPA products).
All operators who request the Certificate of Conformity (CE) for the purpose of selling and transferring the product will be able to register on Bioagricert website by accessing the Transaction documents area for the purpose of issuing the DTPB.
Through the Transparent-check platform, Bioagricert also issues the Batch Certificates necessary for export to foreign markets that require them.
Documents relating to transactions are kept for a minimum period of 5 years from the date of issue.
