Furthermore, Hall 4A will host the INNOVATION STAGE, a stage dedicated to start-ups that will present the organic products of the future.
The BIOFACH 2025 Congress will have as its central theme “Yes, we do! – How to effect change in the organic food segment”, with a particular focus on sustainability and innovation. This theme reflects the show’s commitment to promoting sustainable agricultural practices and driving positive change in the organic sector.

THE EVENTS ORGANIZED BY BIOAGRICERT
Bioagricert will organize two important events at its stand 411 Hall 1:
- Wednesday 12 February 3.30 pm-4.30 pm on Regenerative Organic Certified® & Fair Trade Sustainability Alliance.
Regenerative Organic Certified® (ROC) certification is an innovative program that sets high standards for soil health, animal welfare and social equity for agricultural workers. This certification system requires organic certification as a basis, complementing it with additional criteria covering three main pillars: soil health, animal welfare and social justice.
ROC represents a step forward towards a more sustainable and resilient food system, capable of addressing the environmental and social challenges of our time.
The Fair Trade Sustainability Alliance (FairTSA) certification is a program that promotes fair trade, ensuring decent working conditions, fair prices and sustainable agricultural practices.
FairTSA works with an international network of organic certification bodies, including Bioagricert/Foodchain ID, to carry out annual inspections and certifications, ensuring producers meet rigorous standards of fairness and sustainability.
- Thursday 13 February 2.30 pm-3.30 pm on NOP/USDA Certification.
We will explore the new SOE (Strengthening Organic Enforcement) regulation, which came into force on March 19, 2024, which introduced important innovations for NOP (National Organic Program) organic certification in the United States. Among the main changes is the introduction of electronic NOP import certificates, mandatory for all organic products imported into the USA. This change aims to strengthen the traceability and safety of the organic supply chain, improving the control system and increasing consumer confidence in NOP/USDA certified products.
