Bioagricert SRL, part of FoodChain ID group, is pleased and proud to announce that it has received official recognition from the European Commission (with the publication on the EU Official Journal of the Implementing Regulation EU 2024/3121 amending the Implementing Regulation EU 2021/1378) to certify operators in third countries in accordance with EU Regulation 2018/848.
This significant recognition represents a major milestone for Bioagricert and all its clients, ensuring the continuity of organic product exports to the European Union.
What does this recognition mean?

Benefits for Bioagricert clients:
- Continuity of exports: Bioagricert clients will be able to continue exporting their organic products to the European Union without interruption.
- Access to new markets: EU recognition opens up new market opportunities for companies wishing to market their organic products in Europe.
- Assurance for consumers: Bioagricert certification guarantees European consumers that the products they purchase comply with the highest standards of organic production.
Alessandro Lombardi, CEO of Bioagricert SRL declared: “This recognition is a testament to our commitment to quality and sustainability. It validates our rigorous certification processes and the dedication of our team. We are proud to continue supporting our clients in delivering authentic organic products to European consumers”.
